BRANDING PRINT THE KATRINA EXPERIENCE

Indiepix, in collaboration with the Full Frame Festival, launched the Katrina Experience project after reviewing 7 short and long features about Katrina Hurricane and the post consequences of this tragedy. They hired me to develop Katrina as an identity.
The choice of typeface was a way to interpret the destruction that occured during the event. As a color palette I chose the earth tones. As a major element of the identity I researched past pictures of New Orleans to embrace New Orleans's long history.
