Michael McWatters is Director of Experience Design and Product Design at TED. For two decades, he has led design and development teams, won some awards, worked with great clients, taught here and there, judged some competitions, guest-lectured, sat on design and tech panels, and had his work featured in a few books. In addition to design, he is an extremely inspiring and talented writer, a good human being and a great friend of mine who challenges me intellectually and creatively always.
